Pau Diaz back on showbiz

STAR Circle Quest (SCQ) alumna Pau Diaz is back on the boob tube with the upcoming primetime series "Maria la del Barrio" opposite Erich Gonzales and Enchong Dee.

Pau has been away from the entertainment world for a couple of years now after she decided to continue her studies.

She is currently taking up Management and is home-schooled through Asian Institute for Distance Education.

"Hindi naman sobrang umalis ako ng showbiz, na-lessen lang yung trabaho kasi nag-aral din talaga ako, eh."

"Medyo mahirap din yung sa situation ko kasi home-school yung sa akin and mag-isa lang ako unlike sa regular school. Hindi ka minsan makapag-concentrate kasi nasa house ka lang, eh, and yung mga exams nasa sa iyo kung kelan mo gustong kunin."

Now that she's back again on primetime television, Pau is thrilled and excited to work with her co-SCQ alumni Erich Gonzales and Aaron Villaflor.

According to her, they recently had a reunion and though they've been doing different things, the connection and bonding are still there.

"Ganun parin yung bonding namin and nice kasi kahit may iba't-iba na kaming ginagawa, eh, ganun parin yung bonding namin and we still have time to catch up with each other."

"Masaya din kasi nung nalaman ko na kasama ko si Erich (sa show na ito), eh, na-excite ako kasi magkakatrabaho na naman kami. Then nung nasabi na kasama din si Aaron, eh, parang reunion na talaga namin ito."

Pau then immediately dismissed rumors that she's set to get married soon.

According to her, she's in a relationship right now but no final wedding plans yet.

"I think normal lang naman sa couple na napag-uusapan especially pag nasa isang serious relationship kayo. Pero wala pang exact date or anything talaga." (Sunnex)
