KAPAMILYA actress Andi Eigenmann is keen in going back to showbizness after she gave birth later this year.
One month after her mother, Jaclyn Jose, confirmed that Andi is indeed expecting her first child, the latter tried not to speak out on her current situation.
Though she never granted any interview, the young actress continued taping for her primetime series "Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin," which is set to end in three weeks time.
Recently, Andi was caught up by a talk show after she attended the Cinemalaya entry of her father Mark Gil.
In a short interview, Andi said she's doing fine and is now five-and-a-half-month pregnant. She's also very busy taping the soap.
"Ngayon lahat kami busy at sobrang extra work kasi magtatapos na yung teleserye pero mas bumibigat pa ngayon kaya mas marami pang exciting na mangyayari since it’s meeting its end (Now, all of us are really busy and giving extra work because the soap is set to end and the scenes gets heavier everytime. The viewers could expect more exciting happenings on the series now that it's meeting its end)."
Andi added that though they are taping non-stop for "Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin", the production staff has been very attentive and sensitive with her pregnancy.
"Yung production naman eh inaalagaan nila ako and they make sure that I’m comfortable doing everything that they need me to do. Ako naman po ‘yung effort ibinabalik ko naman po sa kanila (The production staff is taking care of me and they make sure that I'm comfortable doing everything that they need me to do. On my part, I reciprocate their kindness with my hardest effort to do my part)."
The young actress reiterated that she will be back in the industry after she gave birth because this is what she loves to do.
"Subukan ko pong bumalik as soon as I can. I did not enter showbiz for any other reason than dahil gusto kong maging magaling na aktres, kaya ipagpapatuloy ko ‘yon at walang makakapagpigil dun (I will try to work as soon as I can. I did not enter showbiz for any other reason than my drive to be an actress. That's why I will continue it and no one can stop me)."
Andi is thankful to all her fans for undying support and ended the interview by saying she's very happy. (Sunnex)
