Donaire-Vazquez bout to be aired on Kapamilya network

THE Kapamilya network will air Pinoy pride Nonito “The Filipino Flash” Donaire’s fight against Puerto Rican boxer Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. on Sunday.
Dubbed as "Welcome to the Future", the bout between the two fighters will be held at Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.

Donaire (27-1-0 18 KOs), a three-division world champion, will be traipsing into new territory as he climbs up to the 122-pound class.
Meanwhile, WBO middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. (44-0-1 31 KOs) will be challenged by contender Marco Antonio Rubio (53-5-1 46 KOs) in the co-main event.
Chavez, the son of legendary boxing champion Julio Cesar Chavez Sr., is still undefeated, while Rubio is in a two-year winning streak.
The Donaire-Vazquez bout will air on ABS-CBN at 10:15 a.m. followed by the Chavez-Rubio match at 1 p.m. on Studio 23.
The primetime telecasts of the bouts will also air on the Kabarkada Network at 6 p.m. on the same day. (Sunnex)
