"We are friends, so we wanted naman to show him some fun, hindi lang puro work, while he's here in the Philippines."
Jasmine added that even before the concert, she already told David that her older sister is really not a singer, but a frustrated one.
When David was asked about her thoughts on Anne's first solo concert, the international sensation appreciates the latter's desire to inspire many to follow their dreams.
"It was really fun. What I respected about Anne is that she's showing to people to always follow your dreams. She's very open about not being the best singer out there, but she said she can do this. I really appreciate the message she's trying to give out to people, and encourage people to do the same thing."
Jasmine is also very proud not only of Anne's concert, but also her entire showbiz career. According to the "Nandito Ako" star, it's been Anne's dream to perform and entertain everyone, and she's happy to be part of the show.
"Napaka-focus niya. During the rehearsals she wouldn't talk to you. Gusto talaga niyang ma-perfect kasi she thinks that would only be the time to have a concert. Tinodo na niya talaga, and I believe binigay niya lahat sa audience." (Sunnex)
