Arnel vows to entertain public in new noontime show

TELEVISION host Arnel Ignacio has promised the viewing public a new program choice when it comes to noontime programming.

The comedian is set to host "Game 'N Go", the newest noontime show of the Kapatid Network. He will share the boob tube with Edu Manzano, Gelli de Belen, Tuesday Vargas and Shalani Soledad.

Arnel told Sun.Star that he's not really bothered by the timeslot of the show because they are not here to compete, but to entertain the audience.

He added that though the show will go head-to-head with "Showtime" of ABS-CBN and industry's noontime show institution "Eat Bulaga", he is positive they will also have their own niche in that particular timeslot.

"Ang 'Eat Bulaga' ay parang Korte Suprema na yan, binibigyan mo na yan ng paggalang. Hindi natin iisipin na makikipag banggaan ako sa 'Eat Bulaga,' after all ang pinakamalalaking hosts ng Eat Bulaga ay pinakamalalaki din ng TV5."

Arnel added that he will never get tired of giving laughter to everyone because he likes and loves the job he got and the show is something new for the viewing public.

The noontime show is expected to grace the boob tube on March 10. (Sunnex)
