Kaye not affected by Chito's new relationship

KAPAMILYA actress Kaye Abad said she has now moved on from her past relationship with Chito Miranda.

She also said she is happy over Chito’s relationship with television personality Neri Naig.

According to reports, the Parokya ni Edgar frontman and the Star Circle Quest finalist are now dating for more than six months.

“At least masaya na siya ulit (he is happy again). Basta masaya siya, eh, masaya din ako (When he is happy, I am also happy),” she said in a Cinema News interview.

Although the two broken up two years ago, Kaye and Chito maintained their friendship.

“Nagte-text siya, nagkakamustahan… Sobrang good friends and sobrang okay kami (He sends me a message. We’re really good friends),” she said.

She added that Chito remains very close to her family, especially to her niece and nephews.

Kaye is now busy with the upcoming book two of hit afternoon series “Angelito: Batang Ama.” She will reprise her role as Jenny.

She will be paired with longtime friend and television host John Prats. (Sunnex)
