BIANCA Gonzalez apologized to actress Amalia Fuentes after the latter filed a libel case based on an article written by the "Pinoy Big Brother" host.
"I had no bad intention noong sinulat ko iyon (when I wrote it) or when I mentioned her name for that matter. If she got hurt or if any of the people around Miss Amalia got hurt, I would like to apologize," Bianca said in a TV Patrol interview.
Amalia filed a complaint against Gonzalez over her "Love, Laughter & Intrigues" article featuring showbiz couple Eddie Gutierrez and Annabelle Rama.
Fuentes's name was mentioned in Gonzalez's column in The Philippine Star, which was published February of this year.
Aside from the television host, Fuentes also filed 11 counts of libel against Rama at the Quezon City Prosecutor's Office.
Last month, Fuentes also filed a complaint against Annabelle's daughter, Ruffa Gutierrez, after the latter’s posts in micro-blogging site Twitter.
Rama is currently facing charges not only from Fuentes, but also from television personality Nadia Montenegro. (Sunnex)
