ABS-CBN to release new shows

ABS-CBN is set to air new shows in the coming weeks.

"Pinoy Big Brother" Teen Edition season 1 winner Kim Chiu is expected to be back in primetime block with Maja Salvador, Enchong Dee and leading man Xian Lim in "Ina, Kapatid, Anak."

Jodi Sta. Maria will be paired for the first time with Richard Yap in a new series entitled "Be Careful with my Heart."

Yap is known for his character in the now-defunct hit evening soap "My Binondo Girl," while Sta. Maria started her career as an ABS-CBN talent and star in "Tabing Ilog."

"Showbiz Inside Report" host Carmina Villaroel will also grace the boob tube in a new program with child star Zaijan Jaranilla.

Villaroel and Jaranilla's project is entitled "Lorenzo's Time."

Jake Cuenca, Andi Eigenmann, Iza Calzado and Gabby Concepcion will topbill upcoming drama series "Kahit Puso'y Masugatan," while Jessy Mendiola and Matteo Guidicelli will star in Precious Hearts Romances series "Isla."

Mendiola will also be part of Judy Ann Santos and Sam Milby's first television project entitled "Against All Odds."

They will be joined by KC Concepcion and Coney Reyes in this new primetime series. (Sunnex)
