Nikki happy for Billy's leaner body

TELEVISION host Nikki Gil said she's proud that her boyfriend Billy Crawford is eating healthy now and sporting a toner body.

Billy is back in Manila after his brief visit in Paris, France, to fulfill some commitments there. He will stay in Manila for the next couple of months and is expected to return to Paris in October.

The "Mundo Man ay Magunaw" actress is glad the singer is back home safe, thinner and ready to work. Billy's healthy lifestyle, she said, has inspired her to eat healthy and to work-out more.

"Masaya ako kasi nakikita kong masaya din siyang nagsho-shopping, masaya siyang nagbibihis and I can see that he's healthy, he's happy and he's eating right (I am happy as I can see that he's happy shopping for clothes)," she said.

She said that Billy tried to buy her clothes.

"May mga bilin ako na mga kung ano-ano sa kanya, pero ang cute niya kasi nag-shopping talaga siya for me. May mga binili siyang mga tops. Sabi niya 'pagbigyan mo na yung taste ko ha dahil hindi ako marunong magshopping sa babae.' Ang cute kasi um-effort talaga siya (I asked him to buy me some things and he really made an effort to buy them all)," she said.

Nikki said she's slowly getting the hang of a long distance relationship and it sometimes helps them miss each other more.

"Sinasanay ko na talaga yung sarili ko kasi ganun na talaga yung sistema namin. Like, meron siyang trabaho dun, meron siyang trabaho dito, kaya pabalik-balik lang." (Sunnex)
