Eula Valdez joins 'Walang Hanggan'

SEASONED actress Eula Valdez is set to join the cast of hit primetime drama series "Walang Hanggan."

This was officially confirmed by the actress and revealed that she will play the role of "Black Lily."

"Dito medyo may pagka-subtle yung character ko. Hindi sobrang kontrabida na matatawag, basta meron siyang misyon na kailangan magawa to fulfill yung pagkatao niya," she said.

According to Eula, she had a hard time getting into her role during her first taping day because this is something new for her.

"This is very different. Medyo nahirapan ako sa character. Humingi ako ng tulong sa mga direktor ko kung tama yung understanding ko sa role," she added.

There's an added pressure for her to deliver a good performance after the show received good ratings and feedback from the viewing public.

Eula promised to will give her 100 percent in the program.

"Mahirap din para sa akin kasi hindi ako kasama nung inumpisahan yung teleserye. Sana hindi makasama yung pagpasok ko. Ayokong sayangin yung importansya at pagkakataon na binigay sa akin ng ABS," she said.

When asked how was it working again with Dawn Zulueta, whom she shared the boob tube in "Mula sa Puso," Eula said she's happy to work with a friend.

"Natutuwa ako kasi nung nakita niya ako eh niyakap niya ako agad and sabi niya na masaya siya na magkakatrabaho kami ulit. Ako din kampante ako na kasama ko siya," she said.

Her addition in the series marks another twist that will surely entertain the public. Eula said the viewers are up for a fun and emotional teleserye ride. (Sunnex)
