EIGHT years after the debut of "Inuman Sessions Volume 1," Parokya Ni Edgar releases a follow-up album produced by Universal Records.
Aptly titled "Inuman Sessions Volume 2," the much-anticipated project comes in CD only and DVD with bonus CD formats.
"This new volume is actually a continuation of the first. It is a celebration of music, booze, fun, and friendship, just like the first Inuman Session," said lead vocalist Chito Miranda.
The 17-track album features the band's hits "Pangarap Lang Kita," Mang Jose," Papa Cologne," One Hit Combo," "Akala," "Gitara," "Para Sayo," among others.
While Inuman Sessions Vol. 1 had the carrier track "Yes Yes Show" performed by the band, Gloc-9, and the late great Francis Magalona, this new volume opens with "Bagsakan," which taps Magalona's son Frank.
Aside from Gloc-9 and Frank Magalona, Miggy Chavez of Chicosci, Yeng Constantino, and Kamikazee also performed for this project.
"Parokya ni Edgar" will hold a meet and greet session on August 24, 7 p.m. at Eastwood City, Central Plaza in Libis. Fans will get freebies for every purchase of the said album. (Sunnex)
