Christian to stage anniversary concert in October

KAPAMILYA singer Christian Bautista is set to celebrate his 10th year anniversary in the business via a concert dubbed "X Class" in October at the Meralco Theater in Pasig City.

From his humble beginnings as a lanky Josh Groban-like singer in talent search "Star In a Million" to his booming career across Southeast Asia, Christian proved to be one of Philippine's best export.

He made a name for himself in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and not to mention his star status in the country. His songs are well-loved in these countries and his concerts are always sold-out.

Christian also topbilled, along with fellow Stages talent Karylle, "The Kitchen Musical," which was shown in more than 15 countries in the Asia Pacific region.

As he celebrates his 10th year, the singer promises his supporters a totally different musical experience -- from changing sets to new stage technology to beautiful music and performances.

"This concert will be so different from all the other concerts I've done before," said Christian. "I am so excited for this concert because this will be so big and different."

"X Class" will be staged at the Meralco Theater in October 6, 7, 12, 13, and 14. He will also be celebrating his birthday on his concert month. (Sunnex)
