Kapamilya star Erich Gonzales revealed her much-awaited movie with Thai heartthrob Mario Muarer will be shown in theaters nationwide this October.
During the 6th Star Magic Ball, Erich said the final shoot of the movie is set this week. She added they were able to tape scenes in Ilocos and Thailand.
"Sobrang masaya yung experience. Masarap yung mga pagkain, magagandang lugar and good company. Kahit work, it didn't feel work at all."
The movie, which is co-produced by Star Cinema and with the working title "Suddenly It's Magic," is the first big screen project of Mario in the Philippines.
Erich said she enjoyed working with Mario and taping in a foreign land.
"Everyday we were shooting pero kahit ganun, magagandang places yung pinupuntahan namin kaya parang libreng ikot na din. Every time I go there eh work talaga. So, libreng pasyal talaga."
During her stay in Bangkok, the Kapamilya actress also met Mario's long-time girlfriend, Thai actress Gubgib Sumontip.
"She's such a sweetheart. I told them nga na if ever they're planning to come here, I can come with them and accompany them."
Erich also admitted that she is nervous about the public's response on the project . The actress hopes the people will love the movie.
"Pressured but I think it is always there. Napaka-gandang love story and I know na maraming makaka-relate," Erich said.
After "Suddenly It's Magic," the Kapamilya star will reunite with her "Corazon" director Richard Somes for a new movie.
"When he told me about the project, without thinking twice, sabi ko 'Yes direk, I will do it with you.' Hindi siya horror and ibang iba ito." (Sunnex)
