Ogie, Regine to travel to Singapore with kids

SHOWBIZ couple Regine Velasquez and Ogie Alcasid will be leaving for Singapore soon to meet the songwriter's kids with ex-wife Michelle Van Eimeren.

Ogie said he scheduled the trip to give his two daughters a chance to meet their baby brother, Nate. The two girls are excited for the trip as it will be their first time to travel to the Lion City.

"Pareho silang excited. Pareho silang giliw na giliw sa kanilang kapatid (My two daughters are both excited. They really love their baby brother)," he said in a Cinema News interview.

Ogie said the Singapore trip will serve as his bonding moment with his children and Regine. "Kami ni misis eh hindi pa nakakapagbakasyon ng matagal na matagal na (Regine and I haven't had a long vacation in a long time)," he said.

The songwriter said he is determined to give his two daughters and Nate a healthy and loving brother-sister relationship. "To see my children grow up and love each other, walang kapalit yun (it's worthless). I'm excited actually na makita silang magkasama sama (to see them together)," he said.

Leila and Sarah are currently staying with Michelle, who is now married to Mark Morrow, in Australia. Regine and Ogie maintain a good relationship with Michelle and her husband. (Sunnex)
