ALEX Gonzaga is still hopeful that she could still do a movie with Viva Films, months before her two-year contract with the film outfit expires.
The "Enchanted Garden" actress inked a three-picture contract with Viva in June of 2011, but until now, the deal wasn't fulfilled yet. Alex said she understands if she hasn't received a movie project to date because Viva is also managing many stars.
At least ngayon gagawin din ako and excited ako sa Lola Basyang," she said.
The said movie will be under TV5 and Unitel and is slated to be released this December in the 2012 Metro Manila Film Festival.
Alex said she felt disappointed and frustrated at first, but her parents and sister, Toni, said if the projects weren't really for her, it won't push through and big things will come her way.
Alex is keen to finish her two-year contract with Viva and will ask her mother/manager, Mommy Pinty, on their next move.
Kung may ibigay sila, titingnan na lang naming," she said.
Alex also gave her reaction on reports that her mom is "very meticulous" when it comes to choosing her movie projects the reason why she haven't done any flick with Viva.
She said that whatever offer or project she received all of it was discussed to her by her mother. At the end of the day, both of them will agree if she will do it or not, she said.
Alex said she's thankful for the numerous projects offered to her by TV5. She's also happy with the positive response of the viewers to all her shows. (Sunnex)
