ACTOR Xian Lim spent some time with on-screen partner Kim Chiu during the holiday break.
Xian joined Kim's family in a short vacation in Subic, Zambales. The actor is very happy that his leading lady’s family supports his friendship with the Cebuana actress.
"Nakakatuwa and thank you (kay Kim) kasi in-invite niya ako. Masaya na kasama ko si Kim nung bagong taon at sana invite niya ulit ako sa mga susunod pa," he said.
"Natutuwa ako kasi tinatanggap nila ako, ng family niya. Parang relax lang, kumportable lang ako na kasama sila kasi they accept me pag nandiyan ako," he added.
Although they are still "close friends," Xian said they know a lot of things about each other and they get along really well.
"Pag mas matagal mo naman talagang nakakasama yung tao, mas nakikilala mo na sila. Mas nagiging komportable ka sa kanila at mas maganda yung pagkakaibigan."
Xian said he will always be there for Kim, whether in good or in bad situations, especially now that the latter is bombarded again with news of Maja Salvador and Gerald Anderson’s blossoming romance.
"I'm always here giving her an open ear and a lending hand. I will always be there for her," he said.
Kim recently confirmed that Maja asked her permission to date her ex-boyfriend.
During the press conference of "Ina, Kapatid, Anak," Kim admitted that she was surprised when she learned about the things going on between Maja and Gerald.
"For me, I'm happy for them. Wala naman pong masama, pareho naman silang single and maging masaya na lang tayo sa kanilang dalawa. Nakakalungkot lang kasi yung friendship nasayang (Maja)," she said.
"Nagulat ako and nabigla. Hindi ko inexpect na mangyayari itong ganito. Parang bakit? Hindi naman ako bitter sa kung anong nangyayari sa kanila and I'm happy for them. Nalungkot lang ako kasi yung tao na sinabihan ko nung time na down ako, parang kinain niya lang yung sinabi niya," she added. (Sunnex)
