Kris Aquino: Kim is not bitter

QUEEN of All Media Kris Aquino shared all is well with actress Kim Chiu and the latter is not bitter on the rumored romance between Maja Salvador and Gerald Anderson.

During the press conference of Kris' newest series "Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw," the television host was asked if she already talked to Kim on the recent issue involving Maja and Gerald.

Kris said she did talk to Kim but doesn't want to meddle or to be involved in the controversy because she's also friends with Maja.

"Very okay talaga (si Kim). Unfortunate lang yung mga circumstances ngayon and yung mga intriga, pero hindi na di-diminish yung pagmamahal ko sa dalawa."

The Queen of Talk added: "Ayokong pumili between the two kasi si Maj (Maja) started with us also, sa The Buzz. But I'm going to deny na naka-usap ko si Kim recently. Ang sabi ko lang kay Kimmie, you are such in a good place in your life right now."

Kris told Kim to focus on where she is now because she cannot turn back time.

"The last thing I want people to think is that she's bitter because she's really maligayang maligaya na."

And to those who constantly commenting that Kim is still bitter on her failed romance with Gerald, Kris said people doesn't know the whole story.

"Ayoko siyang pangunahan kasi buhay niya yan and ayokong manghimasok sa buhay nila, pero pag narinig ninyo yung narrative niya and kwento niya, maiintindihan ninyo talaga."

Kris and Kim's friendship started in "Kung Tayo'y Magkakalayo" where they worked opposite each other. Gerald was also part of the now-defunct series. (Sunnex)
