Krista Miller denies romance with Cesar Montano

CESAR Montano may be attractive but he is not the type of man Krista Miller wanted to fall in love with.

Denying rumors that she is the reason behind Cesar's rocky marriage with Sunshine Cruz, the showbiz newbie said she never sent suggestive photos and messages to the actor.

"Hindi ko ugali magsend ng pictures lalo na kung walang dahilan. Kung may nakita sila na picture ko, wala akong kinalaman doon. Wala akong pinadalang provocative pictures and messages kay Direk Cesar," she said in an interview with "The Buzz" on Sunday.

Sunshine surprised many when she posted a photo on her Instagram account questioning everyone if it’s proper for a woman to send such pictures. She also posted heated comments on Krista's account on the photo-sharing application.

Krista added the photo collage of chocolates, t-shirt, and iPhone 5 could be from her suitors and not from Cesar. She said the "I love you" messages on Instagram were not hers.

"I have more than five suitors na pwedeng magbigay sa akin ng ganoong regalo. Pero may pera ako, kaya kong bumili. Hindi ko kayang pababain yung sarili ko dahil lang sa iPhone 5," she said.

Krista said her relationship with Cesar is purely professional and she respects him so much.

“Gwapo siya pero hindi siya yung klase ng guy na gusto ko,” she said.

The young actress said she doesn't have Cesar's mobile phone number and she's not with him when the actor/director stayed a couple of nights in a hotel in Manila.

Although at first she wasn't affected by the controversy, Krista later on felt sad and unfairly judged.

"Nagulat ako nung lumabas yung issue na ito... about nga dun sa Instagram war. Totally blanko ako talaga. Wala akong kaalam alam sa mga binabato sa akin sa Instagram," she said.

"Sumama yung loob ko, oo. Pero inisip kong maigi, inisip ko siya. Dapat ba akong magalit? Kay Sunshine, kay Cesar, sa mga tao. Hindi ko alam kung saan nila pinupulot yung mga binabato sa akin, pati pamilya ko nadamay na."

When asked to react on reports that this is just a publicity stunt for their upcoming movie "Turning Cradle: The Alfredo Lim Story," Krista said Cesar will never do it at the expense of his family life.

"Di makitid yung utak ni Direk para idamay yung family niya sa publicity ng film. Itong lumalabas na issue na ito, hindi ko alam kung saan galing ito, ano yung pinaghugutan nito," she said.

Krista’s only prayer now is for the issue to stop and let all parties move on. (Sunnex)
