ABS-CBN tops 2012 Golden Screen TV Awards

ABS-CBN Channel 2 received the most number of awards, including the Outstanding Station of the Year honor, during the 2012 Golden Screen TV Awards held Friday at Teatrino in Promenade, Greenhills, San Juan City.

Gerald Anderson took home the Actor in a Drama Series trophy for his role in "Budoy" while Marian received Actress in a Drama Series trophy for "Amaya."

Also handed out during the awards night are the Helen Vela Lifetime Achievement Awards and the Dolphy Lifetime Achievement Award.

Veteran actress Gloria Romero is the recipient of Hela Vela Lifetime Achievement Award for Drama while broadcaster Mel Tiangco and seasoned actress Nova Villa for Broadcasting and Comedy, respectively.

"Juan dela Cruz" actor Eddie Garcia was the recipient of the Dolphy Lifetime Achievement Award.
