HOTTEST television love team-up Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla will bring their magic to the big screen via Star Cinema's upcoming movie "Must Be... Love."

Scheduled to be released on March 13, the romantic flick tells the story of two childhood best friends Patchot, played by Kathryn, and Ivan, played by Daniel, who will later on find themselves in love with each other.

According to both actors, their roles in the movie are very different from their past television projects. Both of them expressed thanks to Star Cinema for giving them the opportunity to topbill a big project.

"Isang honor po talaga na mabigyang kami ng chance na makagawa ng isang pelikula right after our teleserye. Excited kami ni DJ (Daniel) sa project na ito pero pareho rin kaming kinakabahan kasi ibang-iba nga talaga yung movie compared sa mga ginawa namin sa 'Princess and I," Kathryn said.

The immense pressure from fans and the network prompted both stars to give their all for the success of the movie. It also helps that they worked together numerous times on television and movies and they are both comfortable with each other.

The young actor said he is much closer now to Kathryn than before.

"Kung dati ay komportable kami sa isa't isa, ngayon talagang super close na kami. Iba yung bonding namin ni Kathryn. Sa sobrang saya, parang hindi na trabaho yung ginagawa namin," Daniel said.

Asked about the secret behind their successful love team, Kathryn said their public and supporters see themselves on them.

"Siguro naging interesting sa viewers yung pagiging love team namin ni DJ kahit very opposite kami pagdating sa pananamit, pananalita, pagkilos, and personality. Nakikita din nila yung mga sarili nila sa amin. Yung mga ginagawa namin, pang-age lang talaga naming," Daniel said.

Joining them in "Must Be... Love" cast are Liza Soberano, John Estrada, John Lapus, Miguel Morales, Kit Thompson, Ramon Christopher, Janus del Prado, Sharlene San Pedro, Paul Salas, Cacai Bautista and Arlene Muhlach.

Written by Mae Chua and Melai Monge and directed by "Princess and I" director Dado Lumibao, the flick will be shown starting March 13 in more than 100 theaters nationwide.
