ACTRESS Jaclyn Jose said she still couldn't forgive and forget what Albie Casiño has done to daughter Andi Eigenmann and grandchild, Ellie.
During the 29th PMPC Star Awards for Movies last Sunday, the two almost bumped into each other at the AFP Theater in Quezon City.
Jaclyn arrived at the awards night venue few seconds ahead of Albie.
At some point the young actor was being interviewed at the other end of the red carpet while the seasoned actress stopped at the front lobby for her photos to be taken and to answer few questions from other showbiz reporters.
Upon knowing that she almost bumped into the former boyfriend of her daughter, Jaclyn couldn't hide her reaction.
"Buti hindi ko nakita! Hindi ko siya gustong makita," she said.
Jaclyn said she has not seen Albie for the longest time and the awards night is not the proper venue for them to see each other again.
"Wag ngayon. Hindi ko kailangan. Sarap ng sarap ng apo ko. Hindi ko sila kailangan. Not tonight," she added.
"Ikaw ang isang ina na nagpa-aral, nagpalaki mag-isa sa iyong anak. Binigyan ng magandang buhay, ng kinabukasan. Tapos may isang taong nanira at tinalikuran yung ginawa kay Andi. Ito naman bumabalik sa akin yung nakaraan," she said.
"Sa akin okay na yun, past na yun. Ang importante sa amin si Ellie, ini-embrace namin ng whole heartedly and mahal na mahal ko," she added.
Meanwhile, Jaclyn was also asked on the recent trip of Andi to London and the rumored reconciliation between her daughter and ex-boyfriend Jake Ejercito.
According to her, Andi had a two-week off from work and asked her permission to travel to Europe. But Jaclyn clarified she has no idea on what has happened between her daughter and Jake in London.
"It's between her and Jake. It's up to Andi to decide and for me to react. Wala naman akong magagawa kundi mag react na lang," she said.
She added: "Wala akong magagawa kasi nanay lang ako... naging pregnant nga siya ng hindi ko alam. But, siguro naman she's more intelligent enough after what had happened. There could always be a second time na manloko ang lalake."
However, Jaclyn said she could see that Andi is more mature in handling her personal and romantic life now. She said that her constant advice to her daughter was to be wise and to always think 10 times.
"Hindi niya ako binibigyan ako ng (reason to) worry. Ako naman hindi namimilit sa kanya. I'm sure time will tell her that what I'm doing is right," she ended. (Sunnex)
