YOUNG actress Julia Montes will celebrate her 18th birthday at Fernwood Gardens in Quezon City on March 19, Tuesday.
Among the invited guests are her closest friends in show biz as well as family members.
"Kinakabahan ako pero super nae-excite din kung paano yung magigng flow ng party, kung paano mangyayari yung party, kung sino-sino yung mga makakapunta so talagang halo-halo yung emotions," the actress said in a recent interview.
Julia admitted that she is both nervous and excited about the possible changes in her life as she opens its new chapter.
Pero nai-excite ako kasi bagong chapter na ito," she said.
She added that her wish for herself is to build her dream house and provide a better life for her family.
Meeting her father in person for the first time would also complete her as a person, she said.
She said she has no idea where to find her dad as latter allegedly relocated from Frankfurt in Germany to Australia.
Pwede ko pa siyang makita sa next chapter," she said. And went on saying, "Masaya na ako na makita siya kahit from afar. Feeling ko buo na ako after that.
The actress said that she is thankful for the constant love and support she is getting from her mother and grandmother.
After her big birthday celebration, Julia and her mom will travel to Bangkok in Thailand for a short vacation break.
Now that she is turning 18, Julia said she's hoping to get more mature and challenging roles in the future.
Magresearch. Nachachallenge ko ang sarili ko and natututo ako from my directors. Nai-excite ako sa mga projects. Depende kung ano yung story," she said.
To recall, Julia topbilled a "Maalaala Mo Kaya" episode last week where she played a 15-year-old prostitute. She also played a much older role in the hit series "Walang Hanggan". (Sunnex)
