Cesar Montano, Sunshine Cruz share custody of children-A A +A
Tuesday, September 3, 2013
ESTRANGED couple Cesar Montano and Sunshine Cruz agreed on shared custody of their three children, lawyer Joel Ferrer said in a text message Tuesday.
Ferrer, Cesar's counsel, said the three minor kids will stay with the actor from Monday to Wednesday and with Sunshine from Thursday to Saturday.
The kids -- Angelina Isabelle, 11; Samantha Angelene, 8; and Angel Franchesca, 7 -- will alternately stay with their parents on Sundays.
The agreement was reached after the Quezon City Regional Trial Court heard Sunshine's request for a Permanent Protection Order from Cesar.
To recall, the actress filed charges against her husband for the alleged violation of Republic Act 9262 or the Anti-Violence against Women and their Children Act.
In her affidavit, Sunshine said she suffered verbal, physical, psychological and emotional abuse from Montano during their 13-year marriage. The actress also claimed that Cesar raped her during the Mother's Day last May.
Cesar denied all the allegations of Sunshine. (Sunnex)
