KAPAMILYA actor Paulo Avelino did not attempt to commit suicide.
This was according to his manager, Leo Dominguez, when contacted by Sun.Star Wednesday to get his official statement on rumors that his talent was rushed to a hospital after attempting to hurt himself.
Dominguez said there was no truth to the rumors and admitted that they're surprised when they heard about it.
The talent manager pointed out that the actor is busy taping for his upcoming series "Onese" produced by ABS-CBN and Dreamscape Productions.
Paulo is also shooting "Pagpag," an official entry of Star Cinema in this year's Metro Manila Film Festival.
Dominguez said that aside from his talent's current show biz commitments, Paulo had just finished filming "Status: It's Complicated" under Regal Films.
The talent manager reiterated that the 25-year-old actor is "doing fine."
"He is doing ok and busy with work and he hopes that there will be no cause of alarm over this fabrication."
Paulo was last seen on television via the afternoon series "Kahit Konting Pagtingin" opposite Angeline Quinto and Sam Milby. (Sunnex)
