No reconciliation ahead for Sunshine Cruz, Cesar Montano-A A +A

SUNSHINE Cruz dismisses possibility of reconciling with her estranged husband, actor Cesar Montano, as the actress revealed her plan to file for annulment.
The "Galema: Anak ni Zuma" actress left their marital home in Quezon City in February and cried physical, verbal, psychological and emotional abuse from Cesar.
She also cited the alleged extramarital affair of the actor with starlet Krista Miller as one of the reasons of the collapse of their marriage.
In a recent interview with Sunshine, the actress said that there's no chance for them to reconcile after what she's been through with the actor.
"I'm closing my door sa pagbabalikan pero in time, sana maging friends parin kami para na lang din sa mga anak namin kasi kahit papaano meron naman kaming pinagsamahan na maganda. I'm praying that totally, 100 percent, na ma-heal at mapatawad ko siya," she said.
Sunshine said Cesar knows that she has plans to file for an annulment, but she would gladly accept it if the actor files it first.
"Meron na akong plano and I'm sure he knows, pero hindi ko pa pwedeng i-discuss. We have to move on and for him to find happiness na hindi ko naibigay," she added.
According to Sunshine, her children -- Angelina Isabelle, 11; Samantha Angelene, 8; and Angel Franchesca, 7 -- understand their situation. They only want what will make her happy, she said.
"Naiintindihan nila and they wish us both happiness. Ang sinasabi nila sa akin, I deserve to be happy and respect me and later, sana makahanap daw ako ng someone who will love and respect me," she said.
Sunshine said that even though her 13-year relationship with Cesar didn't work, she did not regret falling in love with the actor and having kids with him. She said in the years they've been living together, there were happy many memories.
"Hindi ko naman pinagsisisihan na nagmahal ako ng sobra sobra. Masarap mag mahal, masarap ma-inlove, masarap yung nagseselos selos ka paminsan minsan. Kung ano man yung mga pagsubok na binibigay sa atin, kakayanin natin yan kasi wala namang binibigay ang Diyos na trials na hindi natin kinakaya."
The actress said falling in love again or committing to a new relationship is the least of her priorities. She knows it will be hard for her to find new love especially now that she already has three kids.
"Pahinga na muna. I've been blessed with so many projects and opportunities, mahirap naman kung ipa-prioritize nanaman natin ang puso kaya trabaho muna. Ang aking puso ay bukas na bukas sa aking mga anak," she said.
"Marami pa tayong dapat i-consider dahil ewan ko kung may mag mamahal sa akin na alam nilang meron akong package deal, meron din akong tatlong anak na dapat nilang mahalin at tanggapin," she said.
But Sunshine said she hopes to find someone whom she will spend the rest of her life with. Someone who will love her unconditionally and will appreciate everything she has to offer.
"I don't want to grow old alone, it's lonely and sad. And hindi naman sa pagmamayabang or pagmamalaki, I think I deserve to be love and respected. I want to feel it bago man ako mawala sa mundong ito,” the actress ended. (Sunnex)
