Claudine on Marjorie: 'Pinatay ko na siya sa buhay ko'-A A +A

CLAUDINE Barretto revealed she's most hurt by sister Marjorie, especially when the latter prevented her from seeing her nieces.
The controversial actress finally said her piece on Sunday in an exclusive interview with King of Talk Boy Abunda in "Buzz ng Bayan" about her ongoing rift with brother Jay-Jay and sisters Marjorie and Gretchen.
"Sa lahat lahat ng tao, kay Marjorie ako pinakagalit kasi pinag-away kami ni Gretchen," Claudine said.
The actress might say some things against her sister, which she will forever regret, but Claudine said she does not know why these things are happening when she "always made life easy for Marjorie."
"She killed me the day na tinanggal niya yung karapatan ko to see my nieces na pinalaki ko. Nakalimutan niya yung ako. I don't know her anymore. I grieve for her. Pinatay ko na siya sa buhay ko. I will never ever do anything to hurt my nieces," she said.
Marjorie and Gretchen speculated in April last year that Claudine was behind the negative comments on teen actress Julia Barretto.
Claudine denied the charge.
"I love her so much. Siya naman ang susunod sa trono ko eh, matagal ko nang sinabi yun. I just pray that they don't forget. I tried (to communicate with them), I want to let them know that I tried. I tried my best but I couldn't get through," she said.
She also disclosed one incident that started her rift with Gretchen.
In 2010, Claudine said Gretchen and Marjorie arrived in her marital home with pediatrician, eight men and an ambulance in tow. She claimed the group brought a straitjacket for her.
Claudine said she was mentally tortured by the event and was angry with some people who believed she has mental illness.
"I think it is mental torture. According to my psychiatrist, it is mental torture. For awhile I was angry, hurt and even depressed I guess. Nung nakikita ko na nag self destruct na siya (Gretchen), naawa na ako sa kanya kasi napakasinungaling niya," she said.
"I was diagnosed with battered wife syndrome and mahirap yung mga pinagdaanan ko. Maraming lies, deceits, maraming pagta-traydor. Sinasabi na I'm not fit as a mother but my kids are doing well in school. Anything that will hurt or destroy me, they will do."
As for all the nasty words thrown in public, Claudine said her siblings cast the first stone.
"I just kept quiet, the whole time, and they kept on bullying and bullying and did not stop. Ganito ba dapat ang ugali ng mga ate? If, let's say, I'm mentally ill, mas lalong nakakasira ng ulo ang ginagawa nila. Nakadapa na, tatapakan ka pa, duduraan ka pa," the actress said.
She added: "Gretchen knows this. She's heartless. I'm not going to allow her to destroy my parents' name anymore. Stop using our name. And isa pang pakiusap ko kay Gretchen, any question about me, stop answering. I don't want to be affiliated with you. You are a shame to this family. I want to know Gretchen, ano ba ang goal mo? Up to where? When are you going to stop?"
In the end, Claudine hoped that people will understand that "it's not okay to destroy people's lives."
She also vowed to be a good mother to Santino and Sabina. (Sunnex)
