MARJORIE Barretto promised to be the best mother to her four children.

On wee hours of Monday, the television personality and former Caloocan City councilor posted a photo of herself surrounded by daughters Daniela, Julia, Claudia and only son Leon.

"My children... I promise to be the best Mom in the world for all of you. I will protect you with all my might and I will never speak ill of any one of you no matter what," she said.

"I will never do anything to cause division in our family. I will only promote peace when there will be misunderstandings. I will love each of you equally and unconditionally. Thank you Lord for my children... My life."

Marjorie's Instagram post came after younger sister Claudine claimed that the former instigated the rift between her and other sibling Gretchen.

"Sa lahat lahat ng tao, kay Marjorie ako pinakagalit kasi pinag-away kami ni Gretchen," Claudine said in a "Buzz ng Bayan" exclusive on Sunday.

She continued: "She killed me the day na tinggal niya yung karapatan ko to see my nieces, na pinalaki ko. Nakalimutan niya yung ako. I don't know her anymore. I grieve for her. Pinatay ko na siya sa buhay ko. I will never ever do anything to hurt my nieces."

To recall, Marjorie and Gretchen suspected that it was Claudine who was behind the bashing of teen actress Julia Barretto when she returned to television early last year.

Claudine dispelled this rumor and said she's very proud of Julia.

In the same television program, Marjorie clarified in an official statement that her sister never tried to borrow her kids and she never prevented Claudine from seeing her children.

"You never even tried to call them. I never deprived you of seeing my children. Never. Please don't claim to love my children when not too long ago you tried so hard to destroy them," Marjorie said. (Sunnex)
