'F.A.S.H' is the new 'fasyon'

"FASHION is whatever you want it to be," said Bianca Valerio, the host of the newest fashion program on Lifestyle Network entitled "F.A.S.H.", Fashion and Style Hub.

Valerio, a high fashion model and make-up artist, will navigate the viewers to the world of fashion and trends that come and go.

A self-confessed practical buyer, Bianca said that "F.A.S.H." will not only feature the high labels but also good items you can purchase in thrift shops in Manila.

"F.A.S.H." will also mix and match clothes and accessory, will educate viewers on the latest trends and will help to bring the world of "fasyon" into our everyday lives.

Teaming up with Bianca are celebrity stylist John Lozano, personal shopper Ram De Vera, hair stylist extraordinaire Borg Aloba, and purveyor of style Ferdi Salvador.

"The reason why Lifestyle network brought us together is because we have distinct personalities when it comes to fashion, style and financial stability," said Valerio.

She added that the show is not a straight forward fashion program because they injected comedic twists in every episode of "F.A.S.H."

Viewers will get a quick, simple and easy fashion and style tips with "Style 101" where expert’s advice is just 30 seconds away.

"Style Diary" gives you an in-depth look at an iconic fashion figure, and an occasional peek in their own stylish lives.

The latest trends are translated to everyday wear with "Runway for Real" – a themed mini-fashion show that brings worldwide trends to everyday Filipino life.

"Blackbook" on the other hand, brings you a historical yet stylish take on iconic fashion items, designers and everything else that make style what it is today."

Then there’s "Out of the Closet," where everyday people get a chance to revamp their wardrobe by creating a new sense of style with what they are already have.

"Beauty Affairs" gives you the how-to’s of achieving a celebrity look from hair to make-up. "Most Wanted" brings you some of the season’s hottest products, while "Runway Report" takes you to the catwalks of famous designers for the freshest and hottest collections.

"Fashion Patrol" is your access pass to all the latest events and happenings that attracts all the fashionable people and we get to dish on what they’re wearing.

On the other hand, the "Street Style” is where they roam the metro and get the lo-down on what actual people are wearing out on the town.

According to Bianca the show will cater to a wide range of audience and not just to for the students or corporate people.

"Ferdi can appeal to people who loves expensive things, John can appeal to people who emulate celebrities, I can appeal to people who doesn't want to spend a lot but wants to feel amazing. There's a little something each of us can contribute to the show," she said.
