John-Priscilla sets wedding next year

ACTOR John Estrada and girlfriend former Ms. Earth beauty Priscilla Meirelles shared their wedding plans for next year.

In a television interview with the two, they said they will be holding a beach wedding in February 2011.

According to John, there's no definite date yet but they are thinking of doing the ceremony in Boracay, Camarines Sur or in La Union.

"Sobrang inlove ako sa beach, romantic kasi (I am so in love with the beach because it's so romantic)," Priscilla said on their choosen venues.

Priscilla's parents are currently in the country for a vacation.

"They are so happy with the Philippines. They come here every year and they are so familiar with the place," she said.

She added that her mother also felt happy when he got the chance to have a good talk with her daughter's future husband.

"This time, they got to spend more time with John and me, and John really had really good talk with them. Something very formal and heart to-heart," Priscilla said.

When asked about John's ex-wife Janice de Belen, Priscilla has only good words for the television host.

"She's very very nice with me and I believe we have something in common. The fact that she, me and John love the kids very very much," she said.

Priscilla added: "We don't have any problems, she has all my respect and she's a very wonderful mother."

John's lady love was also asked if they will invite Janice on the wedding. Priscilla replied that they are still not that close and if they will have an opportunity to get to know each other, she's very much invited.

On John's part, he's very happy that he got the opportunity to talk to Priscilla's parents and get to know them better.

"I'm very blessed to have Priscilla to be my girlfriend, pati yung parent nya eh sobrang mababait," he said.

The actor added that he received the support and love of his kids on getting married again and said that his children love Priscilla.

Last January, Priscilla and John threw a birthday bash for Inah, John's eldest daughter who turned 18.

During the birthday celebration, Janice wasn't able to come because of a prior showbiz commitment.

In an interview with Gelli de Belen, sister of Janice, she told Sun.Star that Inah's mom has good reasons for not coming because she too was taping "Panday Kids" when the birthday was set.
