Kris Aquino tell all

QUEEN of all Media Kris Aquino broke her silence on issues linked to her via a special television segment of the late night talk show "Showbiz News Ngayon" Friday evening.

Kris, who spent her three weeks with sons Joshua and Baby James in the United States, shared that they had lots of fun and they were able to visit places the kids have never been to.

Updates on President Benigno Aquino III's presidency

The "Pilipinas Win na Win" star visited Disney World in Florida, experienced a five-day cruise and went to the Bahamas.

According to Kris, it was a nice experience for the three of them and she's just very happy to spend quality time with her kids.

“It was good to be semi-anonymous... Marami ring Pinoy na nagtatrabaho sa Disney, pero they were really so nice. So, yung cruise namin masaya pati yung Disneyworld,” she said.

During their five-day cruise, Kris was not able to contact anyone from Manila because there's no signal in the vessel.

“For five nights, we were really taken away from the world. So, every night nakanood kami ng mga Disney presentations na Broadway quality talaga.”

The actress also shared that one thing she did while away from home is doing their family's laundry.

She said the staff of the cruise was taken aback when they saw her washing their clothes.

Visiting Boston

One special event that also took place during their three-week vacation was when Kris was able to show her sons the house they initially stayed when they were in Boston.

“I never realized it was this beautiful, na ang swerte namin na we had those three years to be with our mom and dad na kumpleto tayo, na ganun kaganda yung lugar,” she said.

Aside from the former Aquino residence, Kris visited her school, the Church where they usually attend Sunday masses, and the favorite pizza restaurant of President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III.

During her visit in their former house, Kris said she never had any lonely moment while in the area because she felt blessed that she was able to spend three years with her dad, the late Senator Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr., as one whole family.

“It made me so grateful for my childhood,” she added.

James Yap

When asked by close friend Boy Abunda if the kids asked for their father James Yap during the vacation, Kris shared that James knows where they are and sometimes dropping a call through her assistant Jerbel.

“Eto na lang ang sasabihin ko, your children would always take their cue from you,” she reiterated.

Kris added: “I think kung nakita nilang miserable ako dun sa bakasyon at nag-iiyak ako doon, mapi-feel na there's something wrong. Pero kung nakita naman nila na magaan ang pakiramdam ko, nung nanay nila, masaya kami hindi sila magtatanong."

She also believes that her kids understand the situation and there were expecting the break-up to happen.

“Matagal na silang may preview of what was to come. Nakita naman nila kung ano ang pinagdaanan namin, hindi naman naging sikreto. And I will admit to all of you na part of the reason why I said that it was time to really move on because ilang beses nang nakita ni Baby James na nag-aaway at umiiyak ako.”

Kris said she makes it a point that her son Baby James will never have any grudge towards his father and will always remember that his Mama and Papa love him.

“I always tell him, 'Bimby, kahit na it did not work out for Mama and Papa, he's still always gonna be your papa and then it's okay to love Papa. But you love Mama more,” she said with laughs.

The other men

When the conversation turned to the men linked to her name, Kris answered all the issues straight.

The first name linked to him was her "Kung Tayo'y Magkakalayo" co-star Coco Martin.

Kris said Coco is close to the family because of the movie “Noy".

“I saw how devoted he was to Noy (movie) and he went all-out sa campaign. Napamahal sya sa buong pamilya so he's really a family friend now,” she said.

Kris then hinted that Coco is courting young star Erich Gonzales so it’s not possible for her and Coco to be an item.

Meanwhile, it was a big mystery for Kris until now why her name and Gerald Anderson is being paired up.

“Dun talaga ako na 'Ano?,” she said, adding that Gerald and his love-team Kim Chiu are going through a rough time right now but the two are just like brother and sister to her.

Kris also dispelled Gabby Concepcion and Robin Padilla.

On Gabby, she said she will never want to be with a married man.

Kris shared that Robin is very much in love with their "Pilipinas, Win na Win" co-star Mariel Rodriguez.

When it comes to Senator Chiz Escudero, Kris is very positive of what might be the beginning of the whole story.

“Noong proclamation ni P-Noy sa Batasan, sumama ako kay P-Noy paakyat, and then nakita niya si Senator Chiz at sinabi niyang, 'O Kristina, si Chiz.' Sabi ko, 'Senator, thank you so much for all the help.' And then I said this 'O, Senator, sa 2016, puwede tayong magtambalan at may slogan na tayo 'Chizzy Krissy!' Okay? Then he said, ‘Game ako diyan’,” Kris recalled.

She added that Escudero is very much married and has twins. She's also concern with the senator’s wife because she knows how it feels during this kind of situation.

“Last thing I want is to be accused as being a home wrecker," Kris pointed out.

Escudero supported the campaign of P-Noy during the 2010 election. He is also a close friend of the Aquino siblings.

The last name that was brought up during the interview was Vice President Jejomar Binay’s son, Makati City Mayor Jun-Jun Binay.

According to Kris, he called Jun-Jun that she will be doing a tell-all for SNN and his name might be brought up during the conversation.

“Ipinaalam ko ito sa kanya. He told me you'll protect me and whatever it is that I can do to be of help eh gagawin ko para sa iyo,” she said.

According to Kris, among all the names being linked to her, Mayor Binay is the only one whom she's communicating with.

She cleared that Jun-Jun is not courting her but they are really close friends.

“Nakilala ko sya when I was losing my mother. Nakilala niya ko when he lost his wife. In the span of that one year, both our lives changed so much. He’s been good to me. A true friend.”

Kris admitted that Mayor Binay has all the qualities she admires in a man.

“He's smart, he's hardworking, he's responsible, he has accomplishments of his own, mapagmahal sa pamilya nya. Mapagkakatiwalaan sya,” she said of Jun-Jun.

Kris added that if next year, she was able to establish “Pilipinas, Win na Win”, her sisters are okay with her dating again, and if her sons are coping well with the situation, she'll go out with Mayor Binay if the latter asks her to.

“I’d say yes, why? Dahil alam ko di nya ko lolokohin,” she said.

“He knows and I know that now is not the right time. If all we’ll ever be is friends, fabulous kasi loyal sya at mabait sya talaga. He’s been good to me. And I wanna be good to him also by sparing him and his family. Pero kung darating ang panahon na maayos na ang lahat at maramdaman nya na kaya ko, kaya ko tong harapin lahat, why not. He’s eligible,” she continued.

Pregnancy issue

Among all the news coming out, what irritates Kris the most is her pregnancy issue circulating in the entertainment world.

“It’s so untrue and I won’t do that number one to myself because I could die. I have pulmonary embolism so delikado sa kin magbuntis. Pangalawa hindi handa ang dalawang anak ko magkaroon ng kapatid. Pangatlo, there is no man I feel I would want a life with at this point. And lastly, bigyan ko naman ng kahihiyan pamilya ko,” she said.

Kris also revealed that she's been sleeping in the other room for seven months already before she decided to leave hubby James.

“Sa mga bata, kasama ng mga kids ko,” she said when asked where's she's sleeping the whole time.
