Andi denies dating Jake again

ANDI Eigenmann clarified that she's not dating her ex-boyfriend Jake Ejercito again but revealed they are "good friends" now.

Many are speculating that the two are back in each other's arms again after rumored sightings of the two reached the micro-blogging site, Twitter.

In a recent "The Buzz" interview of Andi, the actress reiterated she never watched "El Presidente" with Jake during the Christmas break.

She added that they are not officially together again.

"Hindi kami nagkabalikan pero how I wish. We're friends and we're okay. But I guess we pushed thing too much... we forced things na kahit na alam namin na hindi pa kaya, kaya nag fall apart siya," she said.

But Andi admitted that she still cares for Jake.

"I don't know how he feels for me. But for me, of course I care for him a whole lot and I'm just here for him," she said.

To recall, Andi and Jake's relationship came to a halt when the former's mother, Jaclyn Jose, insinuated that the latter's family doesn't approve of her daughter.

Jake and his family were affected by Jaclyn's statement and Andi even sent her apologies to her ex-boyfriend's parents, former President Joseph Estrada and Laarni Enriquez.

When asked about the status of her relationship with her mom, Andi said that they are okay and they celebrated Christmas together. (Sunnex)
