Manila road closures due to Iglesia ni Cristo mission

PORTIONS of roads connecting Pedro Gil street in Manila will be closed to traffic the whole day of Wednesday to give way to the Iglesia ni Cristo's "Evangelical Mission and International Aid for Humanity."

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) advisory said on Tuesday night that the whole stretch of F.T Benitez street from Malvar street to Pedro Gil will be closed from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The MMDA also issued a re-routing scheme for all vehicles that will travel along Gen. Malvar street, which intend to use F.T. Benitez street.

"All vehicles shall go straight and turn right to Singalong to point of destination while and vehicles utilizing F.T Benitez going to Pedro Gil shall turn right to Malvar Street, right to Singalong to point of destination," the agency said.

It also said that there will be a regular flow of traffic along Pedro Gil St. (Sunnex)
