A TRAINER plane crashed in Nueva Ecija Thursday morning after its pilot allegedly showed-off his daredevil moves to his girlfriend.
In a phone interview, Glen Paraiso, owner of the house where the plane crashed said he was in the family's kitchen when the incident happened around 8 a.m.
After hearing a disturbing noise, Paraiso said he hurriedly ran away towards outside the house to see what happened.
"Nagulat nalang ako sa bubong na pala ng bahay ko iyon at nakita ko doon 'yung maliit na eroplano," he said.
Paraiso sustained small bruises in the shoulder.
Police investigators said the plane's pilot Paul Pafultad, obtained bruises in the forehead while his co-pilot Wen Hiet, a Myanmar national, was unhurt.
Meanwhile, Jasmin Gagarin, Pastor Rolando Laminato and Baranggay Captain Roberto Lapuz, all residents of the said barangay, said the ill-fated plane with a tail number RP-C1025 usually passes by their area to show-off to his girlfriend living in the said barangay.
"Inireklamo na ito ng mga residente kasi madalas nga itong ginagawa na tila nagpapasikat doon sa babae, may mga pagkakataon pa nga naglalag-lag siya ng candy sa bahay ng gf niya," Lapuz said in a phone interview. (Sunnex)
