THE Department of Justice (DOJ) has added four more names in the immigration lookout bulletin order (ILBO) for their alleged involvement in the hazing case of University of Santo Tomas law student Horacio Castillo III.
In an order issued Wednesday, September 20, Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre instructed the Bureau of Immigration to be on the lookout for Ged Villanueva, Milfren Alvarado, Daniel Ragos and Dave Felix, all members of the Aegis Juris Fraternity.
Antonio Trangia, the owner of the vehicle that transported the body of Castillo to the hospital, was not included in the order.
Antonio is the father of Ralph, one of the subjects in the ILBO. The father and son flew to Taipei last September 19, a day before the police considered them as among three main suspects.
John Paul Solano, who is also a subject of the ILBO and a main suspect in the hazing case, surrendered to Senator Panfilo Lacson on Friday to clear his name.
Solano is now under the custody of the Manila Police District pending the filing of charges of perjury and violation of the Anti-Hazing Law.
Other members of the Aegis Juris Fraternity earlier placed under the ILBO are Arvin Balag, Mhin Wei Chan, Marc Anthony Ventura, Axel Munro Hipe, Oliver John Audrey Onofre, Joshua Joriel Macabali, Jason Adolfo Robiños, Ranie Rafael Santiago, Danielle Hans Mattew Rodrigo, Carl Mattew Villanueva, Aeron Salientes, Marcelino Bagtang, Zimon Padro, Jose Miguel Salamat and Paul John Solano.
