Solenn is also the ex-girlfriend of the Universal Leading Man and Magkaribal star Derek Ramsay.
Many spotted Luis and Solenn during the opening of the 15th French Film Festival held at Shangri-la Plaza last June 3.
Luis denied rumors and said they are just friends and that they are part of a group.
The actor further said they went to the opening of the French Film Festival with the rest of their friends.
