CEBU. Only a single lane on each side of the United Nations Ave. in Mandaue City remains open to traffic, while the newly cemented inner lanes undergo curing. Rehabilitation work on the avenue, which leads to the Marcelo Fernan Bridge, began in August.  (Allan Cuizon)
