CEBU. Reports received by Provincial Engineer Adolfo Quiroga said that cracks had appeared on a wall at the site of a Capitol-Filinvest joint project in Apas, Cebu City. It was more than a crack. Luckily no one was hurt when this portion of a soil protection wall caved in. (Allan Defensor)
