Proper handwashing

CEBU. About 200 Grade 1 pupils in the Ibo Elementary School are taught how to wash their hands thoroughly, as a way to prevent disease. The Metro Cebu Water District and Lapu-Lapu City sponsored the activity, amid efforts to get local governments to improve sanitation. (Alan Tangcawan)
