MANILA -- President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo ordered the creation of joint PNP-AFP task force to capture those responsible for the beheading of kidnapped school principal in Jolo, Sulu.

Gabriel Canizares, 36, who was seized in Jolo last October 19 was beheaded by his abductors, according to military report Monday.

The head of Gabriel Canizares, which was placed inside a sack, was recovered at a gas station in Jolo town around 5 Monday morning.

Arroyo has expressed his sympathy to the families of Canizares. She also extended financial help to them.
