The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) forecasted Visayas and Mindanao to experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers.
The northeast monsoon will also affect extreme Northern Luzon with mostly cloudy skies with scattered light rains. The rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers.
