Magkaribal airs on June 28 (3:24 p.m.)

MANILA -- The much-awaited fashionserye "Magkaribal" will hit Philippine primetime viewing starting June 28, Monday.

Topbilled by Gretchen Barretto, Derek Ramsay, and Bea Alonzo, "Magkaribal" is a story of two sisters who stumble upon each other and became each other’s worst enemy.

They will not only be fighting to fulfill their ultimate dreams -- to be a fashion icon -- but will also be contenders when it comes to love.

The clothes that will be used in "Magkaribal" will feature the works of local designers like Jojie Loren, Inno Sotto, Ivarluski Aseron, Frederick Peralta, and Michael Cinco. The designers will also have cameo roles in the upcoming primetime fashionserye.

Another eye candy in the soap will be the clothes, bags, and shoes that La Greta will be using. The actress confirmed that she used all her personal things for this project.

Included in "Magkaribal" casts are Angel Aquino, Enchong Dee, Erich Gonzales, Bianca Manalo, Nina Ricci Alagao, Mark Gil and veteran actor Robert Arevalo.
