MANILA -- The Nacionalista Party (NP) headed by standard-bearer Senator Manny Villar led the kick off rally at Banga Town Spot Plaza in Calamba, Laguna Tuesday.
Supporter of both Villar and running mate Senator Loren Legarda went to the event clad in orange shirts.
Posters and streamers were scattered in the area.
