Rotating brownout hits Metro Manila anew (3:02 a.m.)

ANOTHER one-hour rotating brownout hit Metro Manila Friday due to technical problem of the two power plants.

Aside from Metro Manila, power outage also affected some areas of Bulacan, Batangas, and Cavite provinces.

The National grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) said the power outage is due to technical problems of Ilijan and Sual power plants in Pangasinan. (Sunnex)
