ANGELES CITY -- Policemen here recently arrested two men who were allegedly involved in a series of robberies in public schools in this city.
Senior Superintendent Danilo Bautista identified the suspects as Arnold Garcia Arceo, 18, of R.D. Reyes Street, and Jonar Gabun Tullao, 19, of Higante Street in Barangay Lourdes Northwest, here.

Bautista said the two individuals were caught while allegedly stealing electric fans and electronic items from the classroom of teacher Georgina Velasco of Lourdes Northwest Elementary School.
He said the suspects were able to get inside the classroom by destroying its front wooden windows.
Bautista said the suspects tried to flee from the school with their alleged loots but they were apprehended by police officers who were conducting patrol in the village at the time of the incident.
Arceo and Tullao were charged with Robbery with Force Upon Things, according to Bautista, who lauded the police officers led by Chief Inspector Jaime Villamil for the arrest of the suspects.
Bautista said Arceo and Tullao are suspected to be among those responsible for the past robbery incident in different public schools here. The suspects are now detained at the Angeles City District Jail. (Reynaldo G. Navales)
