The Lakeshore celebrates 10th year

MEXICO -- The Lakeshore in this serene Pampanga town pays tribute to its homeowners, brokers and friends as it celebrates 10 years of luxury living in the high-end enclave, the first in the real estate industry to have its own man-made lake and amenities that are unique for dwellers.
Dubbed “A Decade and Beyond,” Central Country Estates, Inc. CEO Architect Nestor Mangio told Sun.Star Pampanga that the celebration slated on September 23 at the Lakeshore Tent is a toast to the people who have embraced The Lakeshore and continue to appreciate the beauty and lifestyle of the renowned project.

“It is a tribute to our house owners, our brokers and friends who believe in The Lakeshore way of living in luxury imbued with a sense of ownership that is within reach. It is our way of thanking them on our 10th anniversary. Ten stands for the 10 villages at The Lakeshore: Stonegate, Crossreek, Stonegate Centrale, Parklane, Venice, Woodbridge, Aiola, Eastlake, Westwood and Lakeview. Looking ahead, we are eyeing at building homes for the middle level at The Lakeshore to give everyone the experience of such a lifestyle.”
The Lakeshore celebration starts at 6:30 p.m. with cocktails by Chef Billy King of Le Souffle, combined with a fashion show featuring Brazilian models back-to-back with entertainment from Krista Kleiner and the awarding of The Lakeshore’s top 10 brokers.
A concert by the Manila Symphony Orchestra, The Angelos, Fame Flores and a special performance by George Yang follows at 7:30 p.m. and will be succeeded by Clubbing 80’s Music with DJ Boyet Almazan on board.
Hosting the celebration is Johnny Litton.
