New Haima models promise to give unique, different sense of mobility
Sunday, October 9, 2011
ANGELES CITY -- "We want you to be co-drivers in introducing new trends and outlook to our global lifestyle, especially in our driving preference, comfort and functionality... for that total driving experience and value which, with today's technology and trend, are always within our reach. And these new Haima models are meant exactly to give you a unique and different sense of mobility."
So said LausAutoGroup chief executive Levy P. Laus with assurance, as Haima Philippines over the weekend launched seven new generation cars and vans at SM City Clark in grand and fashionable rites that had as guests Governor Lilia Pineda, Mabalacat Mayor Marino Morales, Angeles City Mayor Edgardo Pamintuan, City of San Fernando Mayor Oscar Rodriguez, Board Members Tarcicio Halili, Monina Laus, Trina Dizon, Olga Frances David Dizon, Salvador Dimson, Jr. and Crisostomo Garbo as well as Laus Group of Companies executives and officials from FAW Haima Automobile Co. Ltd (China) led by Deputy Director of International Business Department Williams Dong and Becky Gu.

With Haima Pampanga launched two years ago in the City of San Fernando, LausAutoGroup -- the sole distributor of Haima in the Philippines -- "revealed" the seven new models that are "more than just good looks" as the Haima 1 1.0-liter compact car; Haima 2 C Sport; the Haima 3 1.6-liter sedan; the Haima 7 affordable SUV; the 1.6-liter Freema; and the 1.3-liter extended version of the FStar Hunda, the FStar Tenda.
"Indeed, these ceremonies...are geared to show more than just the good looks of the Haima models. This is a real time and opportunity; go and see for yourself what other things lie beyond the good looks and affordable pricing. Let me assure you that coming from the Laus Group, that invitation is more than just a promise...as the Laus Group has been in the business of enhancing people's transportation and lifestyle for more than 33 years now," Laus said.
He added: "This has been an unrelenting commitment, an indelible corporate stamp for the Laus Group in its mission to countryside development in our own province and in Central and North Luzon and soon to other parts of the country including Metro Manila. And we are all witness to how much this countryside progress has transformed us, our communities and our way of life and thinking even and how it helps move business."
True enough, Governor Pineda and Mayors Morales, Pamintuan and Rodriguez all told Sun.Star Pampanga the coming of Haima in the province and the region will make that difference as local and global markets merge: "The coming of Haima here through the Laus Group is truly a big boost to investments and the economy. We are one in congratulating the Laus Group in this initiative designed for progress and development."
