ANGELES CITY -- For that unique and genuine gastronomic experience, there’s a spot to go at the ground floor restaurant strip of MarQuee Mall: Mrs. Best -- The House of Pampanga’s Best Deli.
Throngs immediately sampled the wide-array of Mrs. Best samplers on opening day Saturday, with many leaving the ample-sized resto with loads of Pampanga’s Best products in tow.

“The concept of Mrs. Best was drawn from the fact that all mothers are and should be the best. Here in this first outlet, we serve traditional Pampanga’s Best products like our famous tocino. But here and only at Mrs. Best will you find our other delicatessen like the Kielbasa sausage and the New York Sausage,” Angie Hizon said.
The prices at Mrs. Best, she adds, are very affordable at just P99 to P150 for full meals. Among the favorites in the menu are all time favorites Mrs. Bestseller (chicken or pork tocino with salted eggs and tomatoes), Grandma’s Adobo, Mamita’s Sinigang, Long-ago-niza and El Embotido.
For a taste of the south, one could sample Belly Awesome Barbeque, I am Hungry (Hungarian sausage with corn kernels), Burgylicious steak, Kielbasa sausage and four varieties of deli sandwiches which can be drowned with fruit shakes and the popular Mrs. Besttea.
“What makes Mrs. Best really unique is that we use only traditional Pampanga’s Best products and no other. Everything is fresh and within the high standards of Pampanga’s Best. We hope to put up two more outlets of Mrs. Best next year so people from all over could experience the authentic taste of Kapampangan delicacies,” Hizon said.
And in the spirit of the Yuletide Season, Mrs. Best offers discounts from December 17 to 31, 2011. Simply by visiting the outlet, one can avail of 5 percent discounts on sandwiches and drinks; 10 percent off on rice meals for orders over P1,000; 5 percent to 10 percent off on Frozen Deli and a free ecobag for every purchase of old-fashioned American Ham “bilao.”
Hungry now? Time for Mrs. Best!
