Eroba said My Cuisine was first launched at SM City Sta. Rosa last April.
For Pampanga, at least 10 contestants vied for the cooking of best bringhe and tibok tibok.
During the launching, local cuisine like kamaru (crickets) and batute (stuffed frogs) were also served.
SM City Clark is expected to launch its My Cuisine campaign on February 2012. The My Cuisine campaign was the idea of SM Supermalls Vice President for Millie Dizon along with Metropolitan Museum of the Philippines Vice Chairman Corazon Alvina.
Alvina said My Cuisine also promotes traditional recipe and culinary techniques so "the next generation could not forget the way we cook local food."
In the early days, Kapampangans were tasked to prepare the food during the declaration of Independence in Kawit, Cavite.
