TOMORROW, the Clark International Airport Corporation will finally open the Clark Airport Lounge at the TriNoma in a bid to further improve accessibility of the Clark airport, now one of the busiest airports in the country.
With the opening of the Clark Airport Lounge at the TriNoma, passengers from Metro Manila and the rest of the South will have a seamless transport system – the ease of access – that will take them to Clark and then on to any part of the world. Connectivity will also play an important integral part in the development of the Clark airport, which
registered over 1.3 million passengers last year.
With the growing passenger volume each year, there is a dire need to increase capacity and to better the service to the travelers – one of which is the improvement of transport system to and from the Clark airport. We no longer want to see passengers walking along the Philippine Air Force area all the way to the Clark airport under the searing sun.
The TriNoma Clark Airport Lounge will have dedicated buses that will ply the route TriNoma-Clark and vice versa on a 24-hour basis. A similar lounge will be made available at the Dau Bus Terminal that will also take passengers to Clark airport within minutes.
Passengers who will take the buses at the TriNoma will go to Clark non-stop and that means the overall safety of travelers is assured. Take the bus at TriNoma and get off at Clark airport within an hour.
Aside from the TriNoma Clark Airport Lounge, the Resorts World also offers free rides to passengers of Clark airport twice a day – which further improves the viability of the Clark airport as a major gateway.
Last year, the Clark airport posted some 1,312,979 passengers compared to 767,109 passengers in 2011 or a 71.16 percent increase. The increase in passenger volume speaks for itself – Clark is in for bigger things to come.
Clark has also recently reduced terminal fee from P600 to P450, the lowest among airports in the country. See the world via the Clark airport and enjoy hassle-free travel.
