Tourism Authority of Thailand marketing Representative Dave de Jesus said, "Cebu Pacific's flights from Manila and Clark to Bangkok have made it affordable for every Filipino to travel to the Land of Smiles, the value for money destination. [Moreover,] CEB's Clark gateway has opened doors for those who live in the Northern part of Luzon."
CEB flies to Bangkok every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from Clark, and daily from Manila. It also has a 30 kilos free baggage allowance promo for those with check-in luggage on Clark-Bangkok flights until June 30, 2010.
"We hope to further strengthen our passenger base to and from Bangkok, and continue offering our great value fares for every Juan's convenient travel," said CEB Vice President for Marketing and Distribution Candice Iyog.
She added that passengers can call (02) 7020-888 or (032) 230-8888, log on to www.cebupacificair.com or visit travel agents nearest them.
Moreover, CEB's Fun Tours also offers a Bangkok package for only P5,495 through the CEB website. It is inclusive of round-trip airfare, and four days, three night hotel accommodation with daily breakfast, and is subject to availability.
Gokongwei-owned CEB started its Manila-Bangkok operations in December 2006, and its Clark-Bangkok operations in November 2008. Aside from Bangkok, it flies to 13 other international destinations, including Osaka, Incheon and Jakarta.
